Frequently Asked Questions

Our cattery is located just off the A38 between Taunton and Wellington. It is easily accessible from Junction 26 off the M5. For more specific directions, give us a call and let us know where you’re travelling from.

Yes, we have a large car park area where you are welcome to leave your car while dropping off or picking up your cat, or while having a look around the cattery.

Just two! Theresa and Robyn are our only staff members, so they get to know all our guests closely. We love building a rapport with new cats and can quickly adapt to their needs.

We clean twice daily, emptying litter trays as required. We also deep clean and disinfect each chalet and run between bookings using cat-friendly products.

We feed adult cats twice daily. However, kittens, elderly cats, and cats with specific dietary requirements can be accommodated. We’re happy to be flexible!

Yes. If your cat is following a special diet, we ask that you provide their food, along with any specific feeding instructions.

Yes. We can administer any medicines your cat requires, including worming and flea treatments, as well as injections for diabetes.
